Since December 2020, Vatel Business school Mauritius has launched a new concept called "Be our guest".

The purpose of this action is twofold; it is about strengthening ties with an industry hard hit by the pandemic, and thanking professional partners for their role in training tomorrow's professionals.

The experience offered to hotel executives in Mauritius is both simple and user-friendly; they are invited to enjoy dishes carefully prepared by volunteer and therefore motivated students, in a quirky setting where all the stages of the service is carefully studied.

Led by students who have completed internships in the biggest houses (Bocuse, Ducasse, Aleno, Georges V etc...) the teams that are busy in the kitchen and in the dining room, play a symphony of gestures, colors and flavors, which makes the taste buds shudder.

On the menu, 4 dishes accompanied by subtly selected nectars. The chords give rise to a range of emotions that are syering for lovers of good food. The creative temptations of the students rival the best tables, guaranteeing the quality of a moment where recognition and sharing mingle.

Under the banner of creativity and friendliness, "Be our Guest" is also a unique opportunity for students to showcase their skills and high level of technical skills.

The two editions held on December 18, 2020 and January 29, 2021, respectively, gave the "Be Our Guest" team the opportunity for the team spirit while offering a very high-level performance, recognized by the CEOs of Beachcomber and VLH, accompanied for the occasion by 7 of their senior executives.

At the rate of one edition per month, Vatel Business School will bring together a large number of partners by the end of the year so as never to forget that success is built together.
