Information : The MBA programme is delivered in English or in French on the Mauritian campus.
*Undergraduate Degree or high school + 3 years level
It is your academic level and your professional experience in the hotel industry that will determine whether you can enter directly into MBA year 1 or whether you must go through the foundation year.
English Proficiency: TOEFL 580 (90 IBT) or IELTS 6.0 (academic) + one-page personal essay or a cover letter written in English.
Developing the strategic, analytical and decision-making skills required to lead hospitality organisations. Through a transversal approach to finance, HR, marketing, infrastructure, innovation, AI and CSR, students gain the broad managerial perspective needed to become future international hotel leaders.
Step by step, students acquire analytical and decision-making methods as well as managerial experience.
For the stipend:
Students receive a monthly stipend* during their internships. (*amount varies depending on the host hotel).
Students study key strategic rules and then apply them to Hotel Management.
Students may choose an MBA specialization for their second year. In this case, Semester 2 is academic and Semester 3 targets management training applied to that specialization.
